Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Leave me to my own devices on Thanksgiving and I’ll quite enjoy having a batch of this soup all to myself without needing to fight my cousins for the last ladle full. We typically get this soup started well before everything else so it just sits and simmers on the stove top all day ready for assuaging any pre-dinner munchies, but really it all comes together in about an hour if you get your pumpkin ready ahead of time and requires very little work.
