Cranberry Brie Appetizer

Good food and the holidays are synonymous. Sure, we celebrate with family, gather together to share gifts and memories, but the one thing that is always constant: are the delicious family recipes.. So, I’d like to share my favorite holiday appetizer, which is simple to make and a total crowd pleaser.

Cranberry & Brie Dip

You’ll need:
* 1 can whole berry cranberries
* 1 crescent roll tube
* 1 circle of Brie
* Small baguette

Use a non stick baking sheet, or add some lubricant to your sheet (butter or coconut oil work best)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

On your cookie sheet roll out the crescent roll dough
Add 2 large spoonfuls of the cranberry’s to the center of the dough and spread evenly.
Unwrap the Brie from its packaging and place directly in center of dough.
Cover the Brie with more cranberry’s
Fold the crescent dough over the Brie and cranberry. I like to twist the dough in sections and drape it over the top for a braided look.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

Let cool before transferring to a serving platter

Once you place this yummy morsel on the serving dish of your choice, take out some more cranberry’s and place them around the crescent bowl. Lastly, add sliced baguette to the platter.

Bon Appeite!
